Brand of the Month #1

Brand of the month #1 - NIVEA

I've decided to introduce a 'brand of the month' post into my blog! I'm one of those people that finds a brand I like and sticks to it, especially when it comes to essential products! With make-up I do dabble around a bit, but even so I still have my favourite products that I'll repurchase over and over again. Hopefully I will feature a different brand every month and discover some new favourites, but the first month goes to Nivea!

Products I am loving from Nivea include:

Creme soft shower cream
Hydro care lip balm
Daily essentials oil free moisturising day cream
Refreshingly soft moisturising cream
Essential care lip balm
Pearl&beauty deodarant
Daily essentials tinted moisturising day cream natural

Why I like them:
Nivea lipbalms have always been my favourite, they are super moisturising, thick and do the job. They are also really affordable at around £2 and usually on offer at one of the supermarkets, I carry these with my everywhere! Nivea skin care is also very affordable and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin - which is always good! The oil free day cream is my daily moisturiser as it helps my makeup to blend seamlessly and also improves my problematic t-zone when it comes to oil build up throughout the day. I'm a big fan of the Nivea miniatures, the main reasons being they are cute (I have a thing for minis), they are ideal for travel and the Nivea soft range smells absolutely lovely! I've included a deodarant too, again a mini but something I usually repurchase as I don't like to carry a normal sized can around with me if I am going somewhere!

Nivea is readily available at many stores in the UK, boots & superdrug stock a whole bunch of Nivea, as do tesco and asda (I'm sure others do too!) So, that's it for a quick round up from my first favourite brand! I'd love to know if you've tried any Nivea products, and which ones you like?

  1. I love Nivea! I've been using their body lotions and lip balms for years, not much of a fan of their deodorants but still, it's a very nice brand ^^ xx
