My everyday makeup / What's in my makeup bag

After a few requests I thought I'd share a what's in my makeup bag kind of post, including my everyday makeup look. At the moment my everyday makeup lives in this adorable Dolores travel makeup bag* from; it's the perfect size to fit all my daily products inside and I absolutely love the design! So here are my favourite products for everyday at the moment:

For foundation I switch between Bourjois CC cream and Max Factor Face Finity depending on how much coverage I want that day, if I'm going for heavier coverage I'll also use this Loreal nude magique blur cream. For concealers I'll mix it up between the classic Collection Lasting Perfection and Maybelline Fit Me concealers which both give great coverage on blemishes; the Maybelline version is best for the under eye area as it's very creamy and often compared to Nars creamy concealer. Finally I'll set all this in place with a mattifying powder; at the moment I am using the Matte Maker by Maybelline which is great for long lasting shine free makeup.

On the cheeks I've been disregarding the bronzed look and opting for a peachy/pink blush and highlight combo in Nars Deep Throat blush and Elf's mineralised blush in Pink Tastic which is a baked blush/highlight hybrid. I love how these look together! Lips have been pretty simple lately and my current favourite combo is this Patisserie De Bain strawberry shortcake lip balm and my MUA matte lipstick in wildberry which is a gorgeous subtle matte purple which makes it suitable for everyday.

For my eyes I either use this Rimmel scandaleyes shadow stick for a quick lid colour or I wack on a matte nude shade from the Naked Basics Palette. I also use this palette for my eyeliner with the shade crave which is a matte black and sometimes use the brown shade for my brows. Although lately I've been using my Avon Glimmerstick Brow Pencil in Blonde. For my mascara, it's always Loreal Telescopic Clean Definition which is hands down the best mascara I've ever used and is my favourite by far!

That's about it! Looking at the picture it looks like an awful lot for everyday, but I'd say that if I was in a rush I could make do without the eyeshadows and primer/concealer! Have you tried any of these products?
