I spend a considerable amount of time reading blogs, talking to other bloggers, writing my own blog and spreading the word. Today I thought I'd share with you a few of my favourite beauty blogs to read - you know, the kind of blogs where as soon as you see a new post you just have to read it! So here are a few of my current most read beauty blogs who are definitely worth following this year!
I'm sure you've heard me talk about Lauren's blog before now! She is an Irish blogger and also a professional makeup artist, so you can expect some great beauty tips and product recommendations on her blog. As well as this she shares snippets of her life and her two adorable dogs along with some yummy recipes which are mostly gluten and dairy free - so worth a look if you are too! If you like pretty makeup photography, honest reviews and makeup tips then this is your kinda blog.
A lot of you will have probably read this blog, but if you're looking for some great budget beauty finds or looking to find out whether the high end products are actually worth buying Khila is a go-to for beauty reviews. Throw in the occassional lifestyle and fashion post and you've got yourself a good read - always one of my most visited blogs.
If you're a fan of artsy photography, beautifully laid out items and honest, frank blog posts then definitely check out she and life. Ella's blog is effortlessly chic, a stunning mix of all things beauty, lifestyle and more and one which I could quite happily sit and read for hours on end.
For a good mix of both high end, luxurious makeup purchases and budget friendly beauty buys Sweet Electric is a great blog. I love the regular content that covers all aspects of beauty blogging whether it's product reviews, products that didn't quite make it or even beauty blogging tips. Definitely worth stopping by if you enjoy reading helpful posts around beauty blogging (or blogging in general).
I stumbled across Georgina's blog this year after seeing her on instagram and twitter and I always go back to read more. Not only does she share honest beauty reviews on a mix of products to suit all budgets but she also blogs about plus size fashion - which I love reading.
For serious beauty addicts, this blog will definitely enable you to purchase some new products. I love that Gemma's blog has all the recent trends and new releases. As well as this, it has a lot of excellent high street and drugstore beauty finds - which are always my favourite things!
If you're into makeup as well as all of the lotions and potions on the market then Rachel's blog is definitely worth paying a visit! She shares all of her beauty reviews, hits, misses and favourites when it comes to beauty and always makes for an interesting read.
