July Beauty Favourites

elf primer mac msf gentle avon bronzer great lash beauty favourites

So we're officially over half way through the year, that is crazy! As usual it's time for a little round up of the beauty products I have been loving throughout the last month - my favourites! July has gone by so quickly, it's also been rather hot and humid so makeup has been kept to the basics and I've found myself reaching for nothing too exciting when it comes to makeup.

Firstly, a must have for hot sweaty days is this elf mineral face primer (reviewed here) which works well at helping makeup to last longer and providing a good base. Definitely one of the best budget friendly primers around - so definitely worth checking out. For lips my most used product this month has been this simple lip gloss crayon from Primark's beauty range, a steal at £1! It's a subtle, glossy balm that gives a similar finish to the likes of maybelline baby lips. It's got a light hint of colour, feels like a balm but is shiny like a gloss - I really like this neutral shade and its great for just carrying around with you and slapping on during the days.

I've switched thing up on the mascara front and I've been enjoying using this Great Lash mascara from Maybelline. I picked this up in TkMaxx for £2.99 (see haul here) and I really like how it looks on the lashes. It's definitely a day time mascara, nothing too 'wow' about it but lovely all the same. My main reason for including this in the favourites is the brush, it's the perfect size for top and bottom lashes and works wonders at separating the lashes.

For face products it's been all about the bronzers. I love this new shimmer block from avon, which includes 5 shades of irredescent bronze/neutrals which works well when swirled all together. It adds glow back into the skin and a nice flush of colour. When I haven't used this I've also found myself reaching for my Mac MSF in Soft and Gentle which is my favourite highlighter EVER!

Have you tried any of these?
